Warning Up, a leading agency in pop culture and tech communications (video games, cinema, manga, etc.), is part of the group and provides solutions in events and public relations. Together, these experts make New Vega a key player in the Entertainment industry.
As part of a dynamic team and supported by committed managers, your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and reporting on press and influencer coverage
* Writing and translating press releases
* Managing stock and product shipments
* Updating our database and identifying new media targets
* Assisting in press and influencer relations (target identification, follow-ups, phone outreach, etc.)
* Participating in brainstorming sessions and communication strategy development
* Supporting the organization and execution of events
Although you will be part of the press relations team, you will regularly interact with other group activities, working alongside event managers, film and video game journalists, and more—brought together by their commitment, passion for Entertainment, and a good sense of humor.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, driven, and resilient
* Interest in and affinity for digital entertainment
* Proficiency in standard IT tools (office software and internet)
* Previous experience in communication or public relations is a plus

* Internship starting in July for a duration of 6 months
