UK Channel Partner Sales Manager

Channel development is one of our strategic drivers for growth in the UK market and we are aiming to build out a strong and successful indirect sales network that will help us multiply our reach to UK business of 250 employees and less.

Working closely with the UK country manager and the director of sales, your mission will include be to help Ringover expand in the UK by establishing a strong channel partner network with the following responsibilities:

• Identify new channel partners and lead providers in the UK.

• Conclude partnership or lead provider contracts.

• Train and engage existing partners on our product, our offer and sales techniques.

• Support partners on high-value sales opportunities to successfully bring them to a close.

• Monitor partner monthly performance and KPIs to provide feedback on enhancing performance; host periodic meetings and product update sessions.

• Present Ringover Partner Portal and marketing resources dedicated to partners.

• Collaborate on joint sales-focused activities, events and promotions. 

• Manage an effective and mutually beneficial relationship with partners, in line with the goals of Ringover’s partnership programme.

Required skills and attributes

• Proven experience within a channel sales environment, working for a high-growth SaaS company.

• Know how to engage effectively at all levels in a partner organisation.

• Full understanding of the UK telecoms market and its opportunities. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of VoIP software would be a plus.

• Successful experience in establishing a high-performing product in a new market.

• Ties to a network of channel partners and resellers across the UK
